Here's what sets every Blade & Bean bag apart: it's specialty grade, and only specialty grade. That's the top of the scale — less than 3% of the world's coffee is good enough to grade that high. Most of what people drink never comes close. We don't carry anything that doesn't earn it.

A medium-dark blend drawn from specialty-grade regions across the world's finest coffee-producing corners — full-bodied, with rich cocoa, caramel, and a quiet vanilla finish that grounds the whole thing. Bold enough for the long day, smooth enough to actually taste. If coffee could carry a gun on its hip, this would be the one.

A note on the name — and a dedication. This shop was built on a handshake. I asked a client of mine, David Patrick, to build it — no contract, no paperwork, just two men giving their word and meaning it. When the work was done, We had some Bulleit Bourbon and Cuban cigars, and he handed me something he'd made himself: a euro deer skull mounted on old barn wood, an antler tyne rising up out of it, and an antique black powder revolver cradled in the lower antler. It hangs by my station to this day — you can see it in just about every YouTube video I've ever shot.

David lost his fight with cancer about a year after we opened the doors. He never got to really see what the shop has become. So this one's his — the handshake that built the place, the chairs we sit our clients in, the bourbon, and the revolver by my station that I look at every single day. Cowboy Cut is bold, it's a little old-fashioned, and it doesn't cut corners. Same as the man it's named for.

Blade & Bean was born right here in this barbershop — same hands, same eye, same refusal to cut corners.
