Sourced from three farms in the highlands of Paraná and São Paulo — Fazenda Santa Bárbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antônio — these SSFC Grade 17/18 specialty beans grow in volcanic loam soil between 750 and 1,050 meters, where the mineral richness of the Brazilian landscape is absorbed over years before a single cherry is harvested. The pulped natural process, followed by sun drying, keeps the natural sweetness of the fruit intact through processing — amplifying the smooth, rounded body and enhancing the clean, satisfying finish that makes this origin one of the most reliable in specialty coffee.
