The Coffee — COWBOY CUT (1 lb, coarse ground). Dark, rugged, and patient — coffee that doesn't rush, ground coarse and ready for the long cold steep. Bold and deep with a smoky backbone, low and easy on the acid, built to stand up to ice and milk without folding. Roasted only after you order, so it hits the steep fresh, never shelf-worn. Goes down like the end of a long workday — earned.

The Brewer — OXO Cold Brew Coffee Maker (40 oz). Add the grounds, add the water, let it steep overnight. The Rainmaker soaks the bed evenly so you pull every bit of flavor, the borosilicate carafe lives neatly in the fridge with measurement markings right on the stopper, and the whole thing comes apart for an easy clean. Smooth, low-acid concentrate with none of the mess — this is genuinely a good piece of gear, and it makes a really good cup.
