The Coffee — BARBERSHOP BLEND PLUS (1 lb). The signature pour of the house — a clean South American base roasted light-medium for a smooth, approachable cup, with a measured Robusta kick underneath for more body and more in the tank. Everybody reaches for it, nobody tires of it, and it doesn't tap out by ten o'clock. Roasted only after you order, so the pot you brew at home is as fresh as the one behind the chair.

The Second Pour — COWBOY CUT (1 lb). Because one bag was never enough to run a shop. Where Barbershop Blend PLUS opens the morning smooth, Cowboy Cut closes the gap when you need something with more grit — dark, rugged, and patient, built for the back half of a long day. Two bags, two moods, one pot. Roasted only after you order, same as everything that leaves the shop.

The Brewer — OXO Brew 9-Cup Coffee Maker. The exact machine we use in the shop. SCA-certified, push-button simple, and built to pour a full nine cups or just two without losing a thing. Set it, walk away, come back to gold-standard coffee. This is the heart of the setup — the pot that opens the shop.

The Mugs — One Shop Wrap, One Night Wrap. Two mugs, because the house pot was never meant for one. The white Shop Wrap and the black Night Wrap each carry the Blade & Bean mark from every angle — pour your cup, hand the other across the counter, and the brand's showing no matter which way it sits.

That's on purpose. Your coffee is roasted only after you order, and every piece comes straight from the source that does it best. Worth the wait.
