Everything the Ritual Asks For. Nothing It Doesn't.

Some people make coffee. Some people practice it. This bundle is for the second kind — the complete pour-over ritual, built around the finest tool in my lineup, with nothing missing and nothing wasted. The whole rig I'd hand a man who told me he was finally ready to slow down and do it right.

What's in it:

The Dripper — KALITA WAVE TSUBAME (155). Masterfully crafted in Tsubame, Japan — a city that's been at the heart of the country's metalwork for centuries, the trade passed hand to hand across generations. Heavier steel than you expect, a flat-bottom three-hole wave design that drains even and clean, and heat retention that holds your temperature stable through the pour. This is the centerpiece. Everything else serves it.

The Grinder — HARIO MINI SLIM+. Because fresh grind is the single biggest upgrade most people never make. Hand-cranked ceramic burrs — washable, no odor, no rust — dialed by a turn of the knob, grinding one or two cups' worth right before you brew. The slim body and removable handle stash anywhere, and the same HARIO that built your kettle built this. No motor, no rush — just you and the work, the way the ritual intends.

The Filters — KALITA WAVE 155 (100ct). The wave-walled paper this dripper was designed around. It channels water evenly through the bed and keeps the grounds off the walls for a cleaner, more stable extraction. A hundred brews in the box, so you're set for a long time.

The Kettle — HARIO V60 BUONO ELECTRIC. You can't pour over without hot water, so do that right too. HARIO has been a King of Glass in Tokyo since 1921, and this kettle carries the same intention as everything else in the box — a gooseneck spout engineered for slow, precise pours, so you control exactly where the water lands and how fast. Heats to a boil in about five minutes, shuts off on its own, and lifts cordless off a base that spins a full 360°. The piece that turns a careful grind into a careful pour.

The Coffee — Two 1 lb bags: POST ROAST KOPI SAFARI & SIX-SHOOTER. Both members of my What I Drink collection — the two cups I actually reach for. Kopi is the meticulous one, roasted origin-by-origin then blended; Six-Shooter is the versatile workhorse that pulls clean through any method. Brewed through the Tsubame, both show you everything they've got.

The Mug — BOLD MARK. White glossy ceramic, the Black Label mark centered on both sides. The cup the whole ritual was building toward.

Buy the set and you save a little over piecing it together one at a time. This is a high-ticket rig, and it's meant to be — it's the difference between owning coffee gear and owning the coffee gear. Grind fresh, heat it right, pour it slow, and understand why some men never go back.

One more thing — on the house. Every bundle comes with a personal note from the chair: complete your order and we'll email you a gift code straight from your barber. Bring it in for a haircut on us — and if the shop's too far to reach, the same code is good for a savings on any 1 lb bag of coffee. Either way, you're covered.

From blade to brew — perfection.

A note on shipping: This setup is sourced from a few different specialty partners — the gear, the freshly roasted beans, and the mug each ship separately and may arrive on different days. That's on purpose. Your coffee is roasted only after you order, and every piece comes straight from the source that does it best. Worth the wait.
